Who we are

What we collect about you
Your name and email address when you create an account; the address you connect from and the time, for security; and billing details when you pay. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
What passes through the service
The data you send to render a document may contain personal information about your customers. You are the responsible party for that information and we are the operator. We process it only to render the document you asked for, store the document for your plan's retention period, and do not read it for any other purpose.
Where it is kept
In South Africa. Documents sit behind links that expire. Access inside Tokoman is limited to staff who need it to support you, and every such access is recorded.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to hello@tokoman.com. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
