Terms of service

1. The service

Tokoman renders documents from templates you create or copy, using data you send. You are responsible for the content of your templates and your data, and for having the right to use both.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite and for the API keys you mint. Keep secrets secret. Tell us at once if a key or a signing secret is exposed.

3. Fees

Fees are charged per the plan you choose and the pages you generate, in South African rand, excluding VAT. Pages beyond a plan's allowance are charged from your wallet at the plan's published rate. A wallet balance is not refundable except where the law requires it.

4. Your data and documents

Your data is used to render your documents and for nothing else. Documents are stored for the period your plan provides, after which the file is removed and the record retained. You may delete a document earlier. On plans that allow it, you may store documents in your own bucket.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Tokoman to produce documents that are unlawful, fraudulent or intended to deceive, or to render content you have no right to. We may suspend an organisation that does.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and will tell you about planned maintenance. The service is provided as is. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to a claim.

7. Changes and contact

We may change these terms and will notify account owners by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Questions to hello@tokoman.com.
